Dad's Honor Flight

In April, dad went on the Honor Flight out of Rochester for WWII vets. He was very excited when Travis, Ashley and I greeted him when he arrived home. It was a really neat time.

Uncle Ross's 80th birthday party

July 12th we had a family celebration for my uncle's 80th birthday party near Detroit Lakes, MN. Saturday night we went to their cabin. Oh if I could spend time at a cabin over the summers.... It was beautiful.

Mom and I went out on the pontoon with our relatives for "fun in the shade". =-) No fun in the SUN for mom! =-)
We spend the day at the cabin on Sunday also. Travis got to meet a lot of my family and I got to see many I hadn't seen in years.

July 11 we celebrated Travis's mom's birthday at our place

with Grandma & Grandpa Hasley and Troy (the good cook!).

We had a good time just eating dinner and chatting... and of course everyone was entertaining (I mean... entertained by...) Ashley. =-)
